As the urgency to address the climate and nature crisis intensifies, the need to integrate climate-related risks into strategic frameworks and to respond to their financial implications has never been more urgent.
Meanwhile, financial and professional services are connected to all sectors of business and their influence has the potential to steer the global economy towards sustainable practices, resilience and adaptation.
The firms that will successfully chart this course will be those whose leadership teams and global workforces are activated and upskilled to support a bold sustainability roadmap.
We support large finance and professional services firms to join the dots and inspire informed change, within their workforce and with the clients they service.
Context
Being the 35th largest employer in the world, Capgemini has a constant need to engage its huge workforce around its sustainability roadmap, and to translate intent into action both for themselves and their clients! In the UK, Capgemini engages employees at key moments throughout each year, offering specific training for their different teams around the country.
How we helped
Between 2022 and 2024, AimHi Earth delivered tailored Jumpstart Masterclasses to several distinct Capgemini business units, including Core Services and HMRC. The Masterclasses helped to build clarity and enthusiasm to accelerate towards Capgemini's Net Zero strategy, and connected the dots between key climate concepts and how employees can be part of the solution.
